How far is Hotel Palazzi from the beach?
The hotel is facing the sea. To go to the beach you have to go down a slope of 30 meters.
Is there the possibility to park the car?
Parking is no longer a problem for the guests of the Hotel Palazzi. There are two solutions for their car:
1. Directly in the Hotel
2. Parking space in partner car park with automatic entry, covered and served by a 24-hour shuttle (1.3 km from the hotel)
I would like to arrive by train, are you far from the railway station? Hotel Palazzi is only 2 km from the Cattolica railway station.
Are pets allowed?
Hotel Palazzi is pet-friendly with the only limitation for the restaurant. It is possible to have meals in his company, on the terrace in front of the restaurant (subject to weather conditions). The beach equipped for animals is Beach N° 21, it is only a 6-minute walk from the hotel.
What time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?
The release of the room is scheduled at 10 am. Also it is possible to leave the luggage in our deposit. Upon request and if available, it is possible to leave the room in the afternoon by paying a small supplement by prior arrangement the day before departure.
My family has people with special dietary needs: what can I do?
each guest: you can report food intolerances in order to develop the personal menu you need. To organize ourselves in the best possible way for you, it is essential to communicate this when booking.
Is there a night return time?
No, night service is available.
Do I have to pay the bill upon arrival?
No, it is not necessary but it is we recommend to avoid queues at check-out.
Is the Tourist Tax included in the room price?
The tourist tax is not included in the room rate, and is equal to € 2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days . Children under 14 are excluded. The tourist tax can be paid at the end of the stay directly at the hotel with cash payment.
Where exactly is the Hotel Palazzi?
Hotel Palazzi is located in the most exclusive area of Gabicce Mare, under the promontory of the San Bartolo Park.
Is it possible to get there by car?
Of course, the hotel is located outside the free ZTL and it is possible to get there at any time.
If I do not want to use the car during my stay, what can I do?
Hotel Palazzi offers a free bicycle service to experience the city without stress from parking and in contact with nature. To reach Gabicce Monte or Gradara it is possible to use the tourist train. For more distant destinations, it is always possible to use your own vehicle or public transport.
How is the beach service organized?
If you stay with the advantageous All Inclusive formula, you have included in the package a voucher for an umbrella and two sun loungers per room; if you stay with other formulas we can organize the beach service for you in order to pay everything at the hotel. We have an agreement with Beach 36.
What time can I receive the room on the day of arrival?
The key collection is at 2 pm but we generally manage to anticipate it. Of course it is possible to check-in even earlier, and leave your luggage in custody.
What time do you eat?
The hours of entry into the restaurant are as follows:
- Breakfast from 7.30 to 10
- Lunch from 13.00 to 13.30
- Dinner from 19.30 to 20.00
I have a small child: what services do you provide for the little ones?Can I have baby food? Children are welcome: for them we provide camping beds in the room, high chairs in the restaurant, crockery for children, bath tubs and bicycle seats. It is possible to access the restaurant 30 minutes before opening to let the baby eat in peace. Vegetable broths and pastes will be prepared free of charge, upon request, by the kitchen team.
How can I pay for my stay? Balance in cash up to the maximum limit allowed by law. For higher amounts we accept checks (after verification 3 days from check-out), Bancomat and Credit Cards (we accept VISA, MasterCard and CartaSi circuits)
