Time has passed since the life we knew was replaced by this new "reality" however the SAFETY of our guests continues to be our top priority.
We want you to feel fully CONFIDENT, just as if you were at home, to ensure you leave your worries behind and enjoy a RELAXING holiday filled with POSITIVE THOUGHTS.
HERE ARE THE ANTI-COVID SAFETY MEASURES WHICH ARE IN PLACE IN OUR HOTEL:
- Ongoing staff training to guarantee respect for the rules of cleaning and sanitation;
- Correct and constant adherence to government advice regarding safety measures in all areas;
- Common areas, including outdoor areas, are cleaned and sanitised according to strict protocols;
- Dispensers with hand sanitiser are located on every floor;
- Informative signs reminding you to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe distance are located in all areas.
- Safe check-in and check-out practices are in place with the option of online check-in / out.
IN THE ROOMS: CLEANLINESS and HYGIENE have always been one of our priorities. In order to maintain our high standards, the following anti-covid measures are in place:
- Our staff enter rooms wearing personal protective equipment which is changed at every room change;
- We use specific medical-grade products from certified companies for each surface;
- After each check-out we sanitise the room with hydrogen peroxide atomising machines;
- Guests are free to decide whether to use the room cleaning service and how frequently.

Our staff smile with their eyes so, despite their masks, you will still feel their warmth and friendliness!
- Our spacious restaurant allows for plenty of space between tables (tables and chairs are sanitized at each meal);

For those who wish, it is possible to request take-away meals to be eaten comfortably in your room or to be taken out as a Packed Lunch;

All cutlery is sterilised after every meal;

Our much-loved Buffet has been successfully maintained with additional safety measures in place. Food is constantly replenished during the meal, guests are kept at a safe distance and all dishes are served directly by the staff to avoid contamination.
- First course, second course and dessert continue to be served at the table. Every evening a staff member will come to your table to show you the next day's menu and take your order.

The beach at Gabicce Mare is very large so there is no problem spacing out beach umbrellas and sun loungers... giving you plenty of space!
ENTERTAINMENT AND PLAY AREAS
We have created a lovely, spacious indoor playroom and a play area in the outdoor garden. A babysitter is on hand to entertain our little guests, while always respecting the rules and distancing requirements.
We constantly endeavour to find new ways to delight our young guests which align with distancing requirements (and for this we may ask parents for help), but we certainly do not lack imagination and always find ways to have fun together.
